Most of us don’t have time to prepare some healthy food for our self and always take junk food and foods prepared in market, which are unhealthy.There are many healthy things available in the market and some we can prepare at our home easily.

  • Firstly make a rule to eat some healthy food in interval of every 2 hours.

You can take 3 heavy meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Include three mid-meals in between these. If you think that eating 6 times a day will increase your weight then it’s wrong. Because if you eat healthy food at regular interval, it will control you to eat junk food and prevent you to take extra calories which reduce your extra weight.

  1. Dry Fruits

These are easy to carry and you can keep these for long time. These give you instant energy and do not increase your weight. Include 4-5 soaked almonds or as it is in your mid meal.

  1. Curd / Buttermilk

Curd or buttermilk is easily available in the market. Include it in your meal or you can take it after meal. It will increase taste of your food and keeps your digestion good.

  1. Boiled Eggs

Those who eat eggs, boiled eggs are also a good option to take in place of mid meals. But avoid omelets. You can also make sandwich with boiled eggs and salad or chutney.

  1. Salad

Sometimes you think it is boring but you can make your salad interesting. With cucumber, tomato, radish, carrot you can add some boiled black chickpeas, chickpeas and corns. With protein it will increase taste of you salad.

  1. Paneer

Paneer is also a high protein food which gives you instant energy. Raw paneer is good for health rather than fried and oily vegetables. You can put some black pepper and salt on paneer cubes and also make a sandwich with chutney.

  1. Green Tea

In a whole day take a one cup of green tea, it will not give you energy but prevent you from many diseases. To increase its taste you can add some honey and lemon according to your taste.

Coconut water is god gift for a healthy body. If we drink coconut water 3 times a week, it will keep us healthy as well as keep our sin glowing.

  1. Fruits

Some fruits are easy to carry and eat, like apple, banana. Yes there are calories in banana but it far better to eat it rather than junk food. Also u can take strawberry, orange easily.

  1. Water

Daily drink 10-12 glasses of water. And if you want to reduce weight drink warm water. Best way to drink more water is to keep water bottle with you and make a target to drink these. In this way you can take more quantity of water.
